A dedication and Plea:

My involvement:

Brother in Jesus Christ, Researcher and Servant.

Dedication:

Dedicated to my church family and my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, Jesus, who have lived up to their gospel testimony by providing space, time, mercy and grace while edifying my growth in the Savior and Lord by sitting down and teaching me how to read the Bible and fully understand the Gospel of God. May others reading this who are called by God who have not found a home in God's Kingdom by accepting God's redeeming love through a local church- for this is why the God-Man Jesus Christ who created the Earth and Universe of all we can see and not see (2 Cor. 4:18) came and gave His life a ransom for many- his Bride whom He is devoted to and will spend eternity with (Eph. 5:25-27 cf: Matt 20:28; Mark 10:45 ). More must come to Him, however, time is running out. Do not wait! (Matt. 24:22; Rom. 13:11-12; 2 Cor. 6:2) Abandon hope in yourself and your good works and come to Jesus Christ because He will never cast you out (John 6:37), He will give you rest (Matt. 11:28-30) and He will give you a new heart (Ezekiel 36:26). The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few (Matt. 9:35-38; Luke 10:2). To God be the Glory!

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."- 2 Timothy 3:16-17

An Evangelistic Plea:

To Faithful Pastors and Brothers and Sisters in Christ spreading the Word of God in light of Eternity through the Gospel: Who despite their many challenges and intricacies you all faithfully achieve in your divine office, have stayed true to preaching the full counsel of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Acts 20:27; 2 Tim. 3:16), especially when you feel like all hell has broken loose. Your congregation, their generations to come, and those who have not been yet plucked out of the fire (Zech. 3:2), who are reconciled to Jesus Christ through His shed blood on Calvary (Lev. 17:11; Heb. 9:22), thanks you and is praying for you  for peace and protection- for we all eternally depend on your faithful preaching of the word of God- even through the uncomfortable parts of the Bible. PLEASE DO NOT STRAY FROM THE GOSPEL- WE ALL NEED THE CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST; AND MORE IMPORANTLY, WE NEED HIM (THE WORD) (John 1:14 Cf: Is. 64:6; Romans 3:10, 25). Only Jesus Christ is worthy (Rev. 5:2). And Jesus Christ, is himself, the Gospel- our living hope. Give up on programs and methods of trying to reach people and just preach and teach the Gospel- God's only begotten son, Jesus Christ, whom all of Time and History hinges on (John 1:3;  Col. 1:16)

"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." (1 Cor. 1:18)

"In February, two days before he died, Martin Luther preached his last sermon. In the sermon, Luther expressed his great fear for what was happening in Germany. He said that the light of the Gospel had been recovered and was preached every Sunday morning in the churches and night after night in special services, yet the people continued to flock to churches that had relics. He questioned why they were doing this and proposed that they were doing this and proposed that they were looking for power in the Christian Life. But, Luther said, this is not where God has put power. The power is in the Gospel.

In the Gospel of Jesus Christ is found every reason for faith and every incentive for growth, endurance, service, and sacrifice. One glimpse of Christ is enough to propel a regenerate heart through ten thousand life-times of spiritual warfare, battles with the flesh, inward trials, persecutions, and physical debilitations. It was a far-off glimpse Christ  in the Gospel that moved Moses to forsake Egypt and the passing pleasures of Sin, to suffer affliction with the people of God, and to make a stand against the most powerful ruler on earth (Hebrews 11:24-27). It was a glimpse of Christ that moved Paul to give himself to a life tireless service and martyrdom. It was a glimpse of Christ that empowered John Bunyan to spend years behind bars rather than deny his call to preach the gospel. It was a glimpse of Christ that sent Wiliam Carey to India, Hudson Tayler to China, and George Muller to the orphans of Bristol..."

We need to learn this over and over again and not be enticed by any substitute. The power of evangelism is not in a method. Methods might get you professions of faith, but the danger is that multitudes of people on this earth will think they are in a state of grace because they made a profession of faith but are still dead in their sin and trespasses because they have never been quickened by the power of the Holy Spirit or put their trust in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Let's be evangelists, but let's do God's work in God's way, putting our confidence in the power where God has put it. Our methods will come and go, but God's word will never return to Him void."

"We have established that the Scriptures are the great means through which we are not only saved, but also Sanctified (2 Tim. 3:15). However we would be remiss if we did not set forth a most essential truth- that the central theme of Scripture is the person and redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the lodestone of Scriptures and must be at the beginning, center, and end of all our reading, study, memorization, meditation, preaching and singing...

The Gospel is not only 'the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes,' but it is also the greatest catalyst or incitement for our advance and perseverance in their faith (Romans. 1:16). The Apostle Paul wrote: 'For the love Christ comes us, because we judge thus; that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all; that those who live should live no longer for themselves , but for Him who died for them and rose again.' (2 Cor. 5:14-15)
